As soon as you enter the temple, you will see the beautiful tableaux of Shri Prabhupada ji of his devotees and Shri Krishna is very attractive.

It shows the entire cycle of time from birth to death.

In a seacn, lord Krishna is seen wearing a sudarshan chakra, and in the same place the nershi incarnation of lord Vishnu is shown.

And you will also get to see the scene of Ramayana, you will find lord shri Raam with his Vanar Sena and lakshmana's scene of Ravan slaughter.

There is alot of crowd in the main house of the temple, lord Sri Ram, Mata Sita and Lakshman ji are seated here.

Lord Krishna and Radha Rani are seated in the next to audience hall.

And on the other side shrikrishna and Balram ji are seated and at the same time lord Ganesha will be taking education from his guru.

And in the scene you will get to see Sri Krishna preaching the Gita to Arjun.

 



Most of the people know this temple as Sri Sri  Radha Rasbihari Ji Mandir.

History of ISKCON temple in Mumbai

We know today that ISKCON temple is also known as Hare Rama Hare Krishna temple.

This temple was built by Shril Prabhupada in the early 1970s, he acquired 4 acres of land in juhu and built the ISKCON temple and the same.

He himself Installed the idols of God in the temple, and 14th January 1978 the ISKCON temple was opened to the public.

This International Society for Krishna Consciousness ancient temple which has now become an important site for lord shri  Krishna devotees.

ISKCON religion



It is a Gaudiya Vaishnava religious organization. It is also known as Krishna Agitator. The temple was established by the bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada in 1966.

Due to the desire of Swami Prabhupada, 108 temples were built in at least ten years in the world.in today's time there are more than 400 ISKCON temples all over the world.1966
